Once you have placed your order, the magic begins!

First, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number.

You will then receive a shipping confirmation email, meaning your parcel has been shipped and is on its way! This email may be followed by emails from our shipping subsidiaries, who will notify you as the parcel moves closer and closer to its destination.

Please note: Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of being placed. If there is any sort of issue and we cannot fulfil, we will notify you.

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days (remote areas).

International orders are shipped via DHL EXPRESS, and take up to 1-4 full business days from the time it leaves the postal depot it originated from, depening on where you are located. Your shipment may take a little longer when going through customs, depending on your country's policies. We do not control customs fees or policies and apologise for any inconvenience they may cause you !

Please note: If payment to customs is not made, your order will be returned to NAS. and a shipping handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

Sometimes, there can be a delay in getting your parcel to you. Usually this is out of our hands, but we will do everything we can to speed up the process.

If you have not received your order with 14 business days, please email us at contact@newagestyle.com.au, and we will launch an invesestigation and hopefully get your parcel to you as soon as possible.

Please note: NAS. is not responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. NAS. is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries. 

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.

It is very important to have your order number as well as your post code to start a return. Without these details you will not be able to access the returns portal.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 12 hours.

Please note If you acquire a refund then you are responsible for the cost of your returns.

If you acquire an exchange then we are responsible for the cost of your returns.

Alternatively if you acquire store credit then we are responsible for the cost of your returns.

If your tracking shows your parcel has been "returned to sender" this is most likely due to an address issue. If this occurs please contact our customer service team at contact@newagestyle.com.au and one of our Customer Service Specialists will assist you.

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.

If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

You have a 6 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.

If you have checked your tracking number to find out where your parcel is, and it shows as delivered, please follow the below checks before getting in touch with us. 

- Has your neighbour or family member picked it this up for you on your behalf? 

- Check your address on your order confirmation, to make sure the correct house number, street, postcode were included. If there was a slight error in your address, please check at that address for your parcel. 

- If your parcel has been delivered to a place of work, university accommodation or an apartment block, please check with reception and all members of staff on duty when your parcel was signed for. 

If, after these steps have been followed, and you still can't find your order, please email our support team on contact@newagestyle.com.au and they will be able to open an investigation with the delivery company and resolve the matter for you as quickly as possible. 

Usually we recommend not to wash your jeans for along as you can until you have no choice but to wash them ! 

1. Set your washing machine to the gentle our delicate cycle. To keep your jeans looking the same way they did when you purchased them, wash the jeans on a gentle cycle. This reduces the wear and tear on your jeans, allowing the colours and design to stay intact.
2. Fill the washing machine with cold water. Never wash the jeans in hot water. Lukewarm water can also be used when washing your Jeans. Hot water can cause colour loss in jeans, especially darker jeans.
3. Turn your jeans inside out. Washing jeans can be abrasive to fabrics. Not only do clothes rub agaisnt one another, but the detergent, along with zippers, buttons, and snaps, can be damaging to the colour and fabric.
4. Put your jeans in the washing machine with only other jeans or on its own. One of the major factors to consider while washing jeans is the bleeding of the indigo. Washing too often can make your jeans lose their colour or pre-fade.
5. Line dry the jeans. Do not tumble your jeans in a dryer. Avoid over drying your jeans to prevent shrinkage and the  loss of colour to the fabric.

• If you want too dry your jeans in a dryer for time, tumble them on a delicate cycle with low heat. Take them out while still slightly damp and let them fully finish drying on a rack or a line.
