DELIVERY

All orders are shipped within 1 working day.

Standard shipping times to all major cities is approximately 3-4 business days. 

Express shipping times to all major cities is approximately 1-2 business days. 

For rural areas, standard shipping can take up to 14 business days (remote areas).

You can have your package delivered to your work address if this is more convenient for you. This should just be included as Delivery Address. Please note that it is not possible to make a delivery to a PO box 

Please note  NAS. is NOT responsible for stolen/lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or refunding/replacing packages in these cases. NAS. is not responsible for any packages once they are in the hands of any one of our shipping subsidiaries.

It is possible to cancel or change your order if it hasn’t been sent. This includes changing the size or colour of a product, removing an item, changing the delivery address or payment method. Contact us and we will help you. If your order has been sent, you will have to return the products in order to receive a refund. The freight will not be refunded.

RETURNS

We want all our customers to receive high quality products. If you are not completely satisfied with your product, simply return the unused product(s) in its original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund, or alternatively you can exchange your product within 30 days.

It is very important to have your order number as well as your post code to start a return. Without these details you will not be able to access the returns portal.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. 

Items must be unworn and unwashed.

It can take up to 7 days for us to receive your return. Once we have received the returned products, we will inspect them and process the refund or exchange within 12 hours.

Please note If you acquire a refund then you are responsible for the cost of your returns.

If you acquire an exchange then we are responsible for the cost of your returns.

Alternatively if you acquire store credit then we are responsible for the cost of your returns.

FAULTY PRODUCT

If there is something wrong with the product you have received or if your delivery is not identical to your order (wrong product or if a product is missing), please contact our customer service.

If you send us an email, please include as many details as possible including your order number as well as a picture if there is something wrong with one of the products.

You can do this by emailing our support staff at : support@newagestyle.com.au

You have a 6 month warranty period if something is wrong with the product. Your claim should be sent to us as soon as possible.If your claim is justified we will refund your reasonable freight expenses.

SALE ITEMS

All sale items are non refundable, if you would like a sale item returned you are eligible for a store credit or you may have your items exchanged.
